Domestic orders (India) are dispatched within 3–4 business days; international orders are dispatched within 4–5 business days.

Damage Claims
If your map arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days. Note: An unedited unboxing video is mandatory to process any damage-related exchanges.
Non-Refundable
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customized or personalized maps cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Estimated Delivery
Typical delivery takes 5–7 business days for domestic orders and 7–9 business days for international shipments.
International Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on defective items within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
Care Instruction
We suggest avoiding the installation of the world map in the following situations:
If there is seepage on your wall
If the plaster is closer or the wall surface needs to be repaired
If there is any sort of damage on the wall surface
Also, do not try to remove the map once installed as it might hinder the paint or a piece of your map
Easy to clean: Wipe with a clean, wet, or dry cloth when needed
