These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


The Map Store endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged Product. Any Products found to have a defect will be replaced with the same product unless a refund is requested. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions-


  • Customer may also choose to cancel the order due to change of mind with in 24 hours of purchase.
  • If your found product damage contacts us within 3 days of delivery 
  • Ship items back within 5 days of delivery
  • Moreover, exchange of products in case of any damage shall be permissible only with unboxing video clip without any editing.
  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS:

- To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery.

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

- Customized or personalized maps are not eligible for refunds unless there are manufacturing defects or damages.

  1. RETURN PROCESS:

- Please contact our customer support team at themapstores@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

- Provide your order details and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

- Our team will guide you through the return procedure and provide you with the necessary instructions and shipping details.

  1. ASSESSMENT AND REFUND:

- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it for any damages or signs of use.

- If the product meets our refund eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5 working days.

- The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.

- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage.

- Please, notice that we refund the products’ costs, but the shipping costs will be charged from the price of the product in case if:

  • The customer wasn't available during the delivery process
  • The customer provided not valid phone number and/or email address
  1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

- If your wooden world map arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

- Provide clear photographs and videos of the damage or defect to assist our team in assessing the issue.

- We will either arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.

  1. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

- Gift cards, downloadable products, and customized/personalized maps are non-refundable unless there are manufacturing defects or damages.

  1. REPLACEMENTS:

- If we made a wrong personalization on your order, we'll happily send you a replacement of the personalized item. We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved because we got a wrong picture/misspelled text from you.

- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria for exchange. If the product is in its original condition and packaging, we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item within 4 working days. You will be notified with the tracking information once the new item is dispatched.


Please Note: This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is recommended to review the policy on our website before making a purchase. And we will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.


Please keep in mind that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause additional delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
