Shipping Policy

 We will ship the product to the customers’ desired locations after we receive full shipment amount along with the payment for the product.

Our office operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

·         Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

·         Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

• Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Domestic Shipment:

• We offer domestic shipping within India for all orders.

International Shipment:

• We offer international shipping to select countries for our wooden world maps.
• Orders will be processed and dispatched within 4 to 5 business days upon receipt of payment.
• International shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the package.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country.
• Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen, typically ranging from 7 to 9 business days.
• A tracking number will be provided to customers to monitor the shipment's progress.
